How long does a sightseeing tour take?
Our Hop On – Hop Off tours last approximately 1 hour (Express Ticket) or 2.5 hours (Grand Ticket) if you stay on the bus. If you get on and off at the stops, the travel time will be extended accordingly.

What does Hop On – Hop Off mean?
Our buses run on fixed routes with numerous stops. At each of these stops, you can get on and off as you please to explore the area on your own. Your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours. During this period, you can use our buses as often as you like. Of course, you can also stay on the bus and enjoy a "classic" city tour.
In which languages are the tours offered?
Our Hop On - Hop Off tours are available in German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese.
Our experience tours are available in German and English.
Where can I get information about the sights?
All our buses are equipped with audio guides. During the ride, you will receive interesting information about the sights along the route.
How can I use the audio guide?
To receive information about the sights, simply plug a pair of headphones into the audio guide that is built into each row of seats.
You can get headphones for free when boarding the bus, but you are also welcome to use your own headphones with a jack plug.
Is there Wi-Fi on the buses?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on all buses.

You can buy tickets for all our sightseeing tours in our online shop. With an online ticket, you can start your tour immediately – no lines, no waiting!
Purchase your Hop On – Hop Off tour online on our website and save compared to buying on-site!
Tickets for our tours are also available from the bus driver, at our stops Karlsplatz/Stachus and Marienplatz, at the tourism office, and in many Munich hotels.
Do I have to print my online ticket?
Tickets purchased through our online shop do not need to be printed. Simply show the barcode of your ticket on your smartphone when you board the bus.
